How do your fees work?
We take an onboarding fee of $300 and then we take 15% from the total gross revenue made each month. We will send you monthly invoices via Stripe or PayPal.
What booking & advertising platforms do you use?
We use Airbnb, VRBO, Travel nurse/professional booking sites, Facebook groups, Facebook Market place, Instagram and our professional website to promote your listings.
Am I in charge of any tasks?
Essentially, no! We will take care of all the day to day activities, guest communication, cleaning and maintenance.
Do I need to hire cleaners?
No! We will interview & onboard professional cleaners. This will be no extra cost out of pocket for you as your guests will be paying for the cleaning fees.
If you already have established cleaners, we will be more than happy to utilize them.
Can I choose individual services that you provide?
No, all services come in a package deal.
What does virtual property manage mean?
Virtual essentially means no in person business. We will be managing your property between our technological devices (cell phones & computers) and our cleaning crew or yours, will be there in person to update us regarding the property's status.
What if I don't have Airbnb or VRBO set up?
Don't worry! We can help you set up your Airbnb or VRBO account, and then add us as co-hosts.
